Shoe rack was designed to express not only the personality of the designer, but show off a collection in the most accessible and professional way, but still making sure there's personality involved in the design.
I started with narrowing down my collection items and and some ideas to best represent my work. I made some style tiles to help gather a look and feel for how my content should be shown on the website.
After ideas were solidified, wire frames were built to help establish organizational and unique pages. These become templates that help build similar pages within my website.
After peer review of my style types and wireframes, I made final edits and solidified a color and type kit for the website going forward.
I started building from there, and my shoe showcase turned into an accessible display of my small obsession.
